This policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect and, where necessary and permitted by law, disclose data you provide through our website, forms, email, WhatsApp and related channels. Processing follows Peruvian Law No. 29733, Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS and other applicable provisions.

- Full name, age, nationality and, when necessary, passport or identification document number and date of birth.
- Email address, telephone number, WhatsApp number, other contact information you voluntarily provide and information needed to communicate about your booking, preparation or participation.
Previous experience
- Where applicable, voluntary information about prior Ayahuasca ceremonies, ceremonies involving other traditional plants or practices, and other relevant experiences useful for preparation or coordination.
Health and safety
- For certain services, relevant medical conditions, cardiovascular conditions, seizures or epilepsy, certain psychiatric conditions or psychotic episodes, pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies, current medications, recent use of certain substances and other relevant health information.
3. Sensitive personal data
Health information, medical history, medications and personal circumstances may be sensitive. We collect it only to review preparation, coordination and safety matters.
This process is not a medical examination, diagnosis or professional medical assessment. Your data will not be used to diagnose medical conditions or replace advice, assessment or recommendations from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Purposes for processing personal data
We may process your data to:
Support and booking
- Respond to website, email, WhatsApp and other inquiries; manage and confirm bookings; coordinate dates, schedules, logistics, payments and related services.
- Communicate before, during or after the service when necessary.
Preparation and safety
- Manage ceremony-preparation information, review matters relevant to safety, provide assistance and respond appropriately to emergencies when necessary.
Management and compliance
- Meet legal, administrative, tax or contractual obligations; manage rights requests; and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, misuse and other security risks.
5. Ceremony Preparation Form
For certain retreats, participants may be asked to complete a Ceremony Preparation Form with personal data, previous-experience information, health and safety information, current medications and recent use of certain substances. It provides our team with information relevant to preparation, coordination and safety considerations.
All data submitted through the form is confidential and processed only for its collected purpose and as permitted by law. Submitting it is not a medical assessment and does not guarantee participation can be confirmed. Where a potential risk is identified, we may request or clarify information, recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional or determine that participation cannot be confirmed.
6. Consent to processing
Where consent is required, it will be obtained before the relevant processing takes place and in an informed, explicit and unambiguous manner. Specific consent will be requested for Sensitive Personal Data when required.
Accepting this policy does not necessarily constitute consent to every processing activity. When specific consent is required, you will be told the relevant purpose and given an appropriate mechanism to provide it. You may withdraw consent under applicable law; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal or processing necessary or otherwise permitted by law, including for legal or contractual obligations.
7. WhatsApp, email and other channels
We may use email, WhatsApp, telephone and other channels for inquiries, bookings, logistics and service-related communications. When you use these channels, the relevant provider may also process certain data under its own terms and privacy policy.
For your privacy and security, avoid sending unnecessary Sensitive Personal Data through general channels such as WhatsApp or email unless specifically requested for preparation or booking. When Sensitive Personal Data is required, we may provide a specific form or another suitable channel.
8. Your personal data protection rights
Under Peruvian law, you may exercise the following ARCO rights, subject to applicable conditions, requirements, exceptions and procedures:
Access
- Request information about the personal data we hold and, where applicable, how it is processed.
Rectification
- Correct, update or modify inaccurate, incomplete or outdated data.
Cancellation
- Request cancellation or deletion where legal requirements are met and no lawful or legitimate reason remains to process the data.
Objection
- Object to the processing of your personal data where legal requirements are met.
