Day 1
Journey to the Amazon, Purification and First Ayahuasca Ceremony
Your 3 day ayahuasca retreat begins with transportation from Cusco at approximately 4:00 a.m. We travel toward Quillabamba and the Amazon region of Cusco, where the retreat activities take place.
After arriving in Quillabamba, we continue for approximately 30 minutes to Yanay Mandor Waterfall. This natural setting, surrounded by lush vegetation, is where the purification part of the retreat begins.
At the waterfall, you will participate in a purification ritual followed by a meditation session. This activity forms part of the ceremonial preparation and provides time to slow down, connect with nature, and prepare for the retreat experience.
After the purification activity, we continue to the retreat program for lunch and time to rest. You will then have time to prepare for the evening.
Later, you will participate in your first ayahuasca ceremony, led by our ceremony leader within the ceremonial setting prepared for the retreat.
After the ceremony, you will remain at the retreat house for the night.
Day 2
Energy Cleansing and Second Ayahuasca Ceremony
The second day begins with a light breakfast followed by time to rest and continue the retreat program.
Our ceremony leader will speak individually with each participant. This personal conversation provides an opportunity to discuss your experience so far, ask questions, and receive individual guidance before continuing with the activities.
Later, you will participate in a cleansing practice included as part of the preparation for the second ceremony.
After lunch, you will have time to rest and prepare for the evening.
The second ayahuasca ceremony takes place later that day, again accompanied and guided by our ceremony leader. The ceremony continues the experience begun on the first night within the same supported ceremonial setting.
After the ceremony, you will remain at the retreat house for your second night.
Day 3
Reflection, Meditation and Integration
The third day focuses on reflection and integration after the two ayahuasca ceremonies.
You will have time to reflect on your experience and the different moments of the retreat. This provides space to process what you experienced during the ceremonies and prepare for the closing of the program.
Later, our ceremony leader will guide a meditation session incorporating herbs, sounds, and breathing exercises. The session offers a calm space for reflection and connection with the surrounding natural environment.
The retreat concludes with a final period of reflection before beginning the journey back to Cusco.
