Day 1
Cusco: Cleansing and Preparation
Hotel Pickup in Cusco
Your Ayahuasca retreat in Peru begins with a private transfer from your hotel in Cusco to a ceremonial space located near the Temple of the Moon and Temple of the Monkey.
Welcome and Orientation
Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome and an introduction to the retreat program. Our team will explain the activities and provide recommendations to help you prepare for the experience.
Traditional Cleansing Ceremony
You will participate in a traditional cleansing ceremony as part of the ceremonial preparation. This activity provides a moment to slow down, reflect and prepare for the retreat.
Rest and Reflection
After the cleansing ceremony, you will have time to rest and connect with the surroundings before continuing with the following day's activities.
Dinner and Overnight Stay
A light dinner will be provided, followed by an overnight stay at the accommodation included in the retreat program.
Day 2
Sacred Valley: Andean Traditions and Ayahuasca Ceremony
Breakfast and Preparation
The day begins with a light breakfast and time to prepare before continuing toward the Sacred Valley.
Journey to the Sacred Valley
We travel from Cusco toward the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a region known for its important cultural heritage and connection with Andean traditions.
Visit to Ñaupa Iglesia
We visit Ñaupa Iglesia, an ancient site associated with Andean traditions. You will have time to experience the surroundings and learn about the cultural and ceremonial context of the place.
Earth Offering Ceremony
The program includes a traditional Earth offering ceremony as an expression of gratitude to Pachamama. This practice forms part of the Andean traditions incorporated into the retreat.
Transfer to the Retreat House
After the activities at Ñaupa Iglesia, we continue to the retreat house where the main part of the experience will take place.
Lunch and Rest
A light lunch will be provided, followed by time to rest before the ceremony.
Ceremonial Preparation
Before the ceremony begins, you will receive guidance about the experience and have time to become familiar with the ceremonial space.
Ayahuasca Ceremony
You will participate in a traditional Ayahuasca ceremony in the Sacred Valley, led by a ceremonial facilitator and supported by our team throughout the scheduled experience.
Closing, Rest and Integration
After the ceremony, you will have a quiet space to rest and begin your personal integration of the experience.

14 Days Before the Ceremony
As part of the traditional preparation, we recommend avoiding:
Pork.
Sexual activity, including masturbation.
Alcohol.
Cannabis.
Recreational drugs and stimulant substances such as cocaine, MDMA and amphetamines.
Very spicy or heavily seasoned foods.
Ice, ice cream and excessively cold drinks.
7 Days Before the Ceremony
During the final week, we recommend keeping your diet simple and light and avoiding:
Refined sugar and foods high in added sugar.
Red meat.
Fast food and ultra-processed foods.
Excessive salt and pepper.
Sweets, chocolate, and desserts.
Excessive oils. If needed, use small amounts of olive or coconut oil.
Animal fats such as lard.
Soft drinks and carbonated beverages, including diet versions.
Energy drinks and non-alcoholic beer.
Dairy products.
Fermented foods.
Coffee, caffeinated beverages, and other stimulants.
Recommendations: Two weeks before, you must abstain from:
- Cannabis
- Alcohol
- Any kind of sexual activity
- Pork
- All types of drugs
Iced drinks, ice cream, or ice One week before, you must abstain from:
- Carbonated drinks (including diet sodas, energy drinks, and non-alcoholic beer)
- Dairy products
- Fermented foods
- Caffeine and other stimulants
- Sweets or chocolate
- Oils (if you must use oil, use olive or coconut oil in moderation)
- Animal fats (lard, etc.)
- Refined sugars
- Red meat
- Junk food
- Salt or pepper If you have heart problems or hypertension, as well as psychological issues, please inform us in advance.
Ceremony Preparation Form
To take part in the Ayahuasca retreat, we ask everyone to complete the Preliminary Screening Form. This lets the medical team and shamans verify your health history and safely authorize your participation.
