The Ayahuasca retreat begins with the pick up from the door of your hotel in Cusco, and then we head to the Sacred Valley.
Upon arrival at our sacred temple, we recharge with positive energies and settle into our healing center, the perfect space to begin this Ayahuasca retreat.
The first meeting will be with our shaman, who will give us an introduction to the Ayahuasca retreat and give us all the necessary information before starting the ceremony.
During this talk, he will give us key indications for the process, ensuring that all participants are prepared for the inner journey.
The chaman will also talk to us about the recognition of the sacred plants, including Ayahuasca, explaining their importance and the fundamental role they play in this healing process that is an essential part of the Ayahuasca retreat.
We will then enjoy a delicious lunch, specially designed to meet the dietary restrictions necessary before taking Ayahuasca, ensuring that body and soul are in balance and undisturbed during the Ayahuasca retreat.
After lunch, we will head to our sacred space prepared for the Ayahuasca retreat.
There, the shaman will conduct a brief personal interview and share ancestral narratives that will enrich our experience and deepen our connection with the energies of the retreat.
The Ayahuasca retreat will begin in the evening, and after the ceremony, we will rest in our healing center, allowing the Ayahuasca energies to work within us.
At the end of the first day of the Ayahuasca retreat, we will take you back to your hotel so you can rest and prepare for the second day of this profound and transformative experience.
The second day of the ayahuasca retreat begins with a warm welcome from the shaman, who will accompany you in this new stage of our deep exploration. This day is designed to further deepen your healing process.
We begin with a light breakfast, carefully prepared to meet the dietary restrictions necessary before taking Ayahuasca.
We will then gather in a circle, where each participant can share and reflect on the visions they experienced during their first Ayahuasca intake.
The chaman will interpret these visions, offering his ancestral wisdom to guide each participant in their personal process.
We will then enjoy a delicious lunch, also designed to meet the dietary restrictions necessary before taking Ayahuasca, ensuring that the body is balanced for the healing experience.
After lunch, we will head to a special space for deep meditation and reflection, guided by the shaman.
This will be a sacred and tranquil moment, where each participant can immerse themselves in their own inner journey, with the accompaniment and collective energy of the group.
During the meditation ceremony, the shaman will share teachings and energetic vibrations to facilitate connection with oneself, nature, and the universe.
This space is designed to foster calm, introspection, and deep spiritual healing.
At the end of the second day, we'll guide you to your room so you can rest and prepare for the third day of this powerful transformation.
The day begins with a light and healthy breakfast, carefully prepared following the instructions and restrictions required before the Ayahuasca retreat.
After breakfast, we head to Ñaupa Iglesia, an ancestral site filled with sacred energy and very important in the Andean worldview.
Here, we will perform a ceremony of reverence to the earth, an act of gratitude and respect for Pachamama (Mother Earth).
The shaman will guide us through this ritual, where offerings of plants, flowers, and natural elements are made, connecting us with the energy of the earth and preparing us spiritually for the Ayahuasca retreat.
Next, we will visit Ñaupa Iglesia . Known for its aura of mystery. This place is perfect for ancestral ceremonies such as payments to the earth, a ceremony we can perform here to foster a stronger bond with Mother Earth.
This place is sacred because one of its gates is a three-dimensional entrance that leads to other highly significant Inca sanctuaries.
Furthermore, its main design is aligned in a straight line with the Southern Cross constellation.
The complex covers an area of 36 square meters with a trapezoidal shape, which enhances its uniqueness.
The term 'Ñaupa Iglesia' translates as 'very old church,' but locals know it more as 'Choquella,' which means 'where gold shines.
This place was a center of worship where the Incas paid homage to deities such as the sun, the moon, the mountains, and the earth.
After visiting this masterful place, we will stop in Urubamba for lunch, structured according to the restrictions in place to avoid disturbing the cleansing of body and soul.
We then enjoy a lunch according to the restrictions before taking ayahuasca. We head to our healing temple, a sacred space created specifically for the ayahuasca retreat. This place is full of peace and serenity.
Here, everything necessary to begin the ayahuasca retreat will be prepared, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
The ayahuasca retreat, guided by the chaman, will then begin with a brief explanation about the sacred plant and how the ceremony will be carried out.
At the conclusion of the ayahuasca ceremony, we will take some time to rest and reflect on the experience.
We begin by picking you up from our healing temple and transferring you to the train station for Aguas Calientes.
We continue with the train transfer from Cusco to Aguas Calientes.
Arrive in Aguas Calientes and transfer to the CONSETUR bus. The journey to Machu Picchu will take 20 minutes.
Upon arrival, we begin the guided tour of Machu Picchu.
Afterward, we take the CONSETUR bus to descend to Aguas Calientes and enjoy lunch as directed.
This is followed by the train transfer from Aguas Calientes to Cusco.
Finally, upon arrival in Cusco, we will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
During the Ayahuasca ceremony, you will experience visions related to your goal or mission. The colors reflect your subconscious, as you will be in touch with your inner self.
In addition, you will hear sounds similar to Shipibo or Ashaninka instruments, and even animal noises or sounds. These visions are part of the effects of Ayahuasca.
However, some people may experience delayed visions, as each body reacts differently. If this occurs, the shaman and our team will offer support and, if necessary, we will transport you in a private vehicle for your safety
It is recommended to rest briefly after the ritual, as the mental and physical transformation can be exhausting. This is normal and temporary.
We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, personal hygiene products, a flashlight, and a notebook to record your thoughts and experiences during the retreat.
