Day 1: Ayahuasca 5 Day

The Ayahuasca Retreat 5 day begins with pickup from your hotel and a private transfer to the Sacred Valley

A place surrounded by a special energy that prepares the ground for what is to come. Upon arrival at the Sacred Temple, you will settle into the Healing Center, a space created for peace and physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

You will then have an introduction and presentation from the shaman, who will be your guide throughout the Ayahuasca Retreat.

He will share his ancestral wisdom and the importance of this process. You will then be introduced to the sacred plants that will be used during the retreat.

This is a moment of profound learning, where you will understand the role of each plant in the ceremonies and how they connect to the spirituality of the process.

Later, you will enjoy a lunch specially designed according to the restrictions for the ayahuasca retreat, helping to prepare your body for the ceremony to come.

This lunch will be light and respectful of the needs of the process, ensuring that you feel comfortable and ready for what follows.

In the afternoon, the shaman will begin sharing ancestral stories, transmitting wisdom from past generations.

After the ceremony, you will have time to rest in the Healing Center, allowing the experience to settle within you and providing a space for reflection and much-needed rest.

This first day is designed to prepare your body and mind.

Day 2: Ayahuasca Retreat 5 Day

First, the day begins with a light breakfast, prepared according to the retreat instructions, to ensure your body is prepared for what will be a profound day of introspection and healing.

Second, the interpretation circle will begin, where each participant can share their experiences, visions, and feelings.

This space will also allow you to understand and process the teachings and messages received during the ayahuasca retreat, facilitating a deeper connection with your inner self.

This will be followed by a deep meditation that will serve to align body and mind.

Helping you integrate the visions of the circle and calm your mind before continuing with the healing process.

Afterward, a light lunch will be served, carefully tailored to the restrictions of the retreat, to ensure your body remains balanced and energized for what follows.

You will then begin the flowering bath, an energetic practice designed to cleanse and revitalize your being, aligning your body with the energies of the place and the sacred plants.

Afterwards, the 5-day Ayahuasca Retreat will begin, a moment of deep spiritual connection and self-discovery, guided by the shaman and the sacred energies of ayahuasca.

Day 3: Ayahuasca Retreat 5 Day

First, the day begins with a light breakfast, prepared according to the retreat's instructions, to ensure your body is in harmony with the healing process.

Next, we'll head to Ñaupa Iglesia, an ancestral site filled with sacred energy.

There, we'll perform a ceremony of reverence to the earth, a ritual of gratitude and respect for Pachamama, in which you'll deeply connect with nature and its spiritual forces.

Ñaupa Iglesia

The complex covers an area of ​​36 square meters and has a trapezoidal shape, which enhances its uniqueness. The term 'Ñaupa Iglesia' translates as 'very old church,' but locals know it more as 'Choquella,' which means 'where gold shines.

This place was a center of worship where the Incas paid homage to deities such as the sun, the moon, the mountains, and the earth.

Next, we will arrive at the restaurant, where a light lunch will be served as directed, allowing your body to remain balanced and prepared for what follows.

Following this, we will return to our healing temple, a sacred place where you will continue the process of connecting with your inner self.

Here, a cleansing with mapacho tobacco will take place, used to purify and release negative energies, helping to open space for new spiritual experiences.

You will then enjoy a light dinner, following the retreat guidelines, to ensure you maintain an optimal physical and mental state.

Finally, the day will culminate with a break in the Healing Center, a calm and serene space where you can integrate the day's experiences and rest deeply to continue the transformation process of the  Ayahuasca Retreat 5 day.

This day is designed to continue the purification and connection with the earth and ancestral energies, facilitating your healing process and preparing you for the next stages of the retreat.

Day 4: Ayahuasca Retreat 5 Day

First, we begin with a light breakfast, prepared according to the retreat instructions, ensuring your body is prepared for the profound experiences you will experience throughout the day.

This is followed by a coca leaf reading, an ancient tradition that allows you to understand the energies present in the moment and offers spiritual guidance for each participant in the healing process.

Then, in the afternoon, the Ayahuasca ceremony begins, a profound moment of connection with the spirit of the plant and your inner self.

Guided by the shaman and the energies of the place, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing that will unfold during the ceremony.

Finally, after the ceremony, you will spend the night in the sanctuary, a place filled with peace and serenity where you can rest and reflect on your experiences.

Day 5:  Ayahuasca Retreat 5 Day

The last day of the Ayahuasca Retreat  5 day begins early with pickup from our healing temple to the Ollantaytambo station, where we will take the train to Aguas Calientes, a magical and peaceful town, for our visit to Machu Picchu.

The trip lasts two hours, during which we will observe the local flora and fauna, and choose the quality of the train (Vistadome or Expedition).

Afterwards, upon arriving in Aguas Calientes, we will head to the bus stop to take the bus to Machu Picchu for our visit.

Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, we will enjoy a magical visit accompanied by our mystical guide.

Who will provide us with a very different and more sacred understanding of the sanctuary.

We will enjoy a visit steeped in history and spirituality, thanks to the peace that surrounds the site.

Later, after our visit, we will descend into hot springs to enjoy lunch, following the instructions for cleansing your body.

Finally, we will take the train back to Cusco to transfer you to your hotel.

At the Ayahuasca Retreat in the Sacred Valley:

  • During the Ayahuasca ritual, you will experience visions related to your goal or mission.The colors reflect your subconscious, as you connect with your inner self. You will also hear noises similar to Shipibo or Ahaninka instruments and even animal sounds. These visions are part of the effects of Ayahuasca.
  • However, some people may experience delayed visions, as each body reacts differently. If this occurs, the shaman and our team will offer support, and if necessary, we will transport you in a private vehicle for your safety.
  • It is recommended to rest briefly after the ritual, as the mental and physical transformation can be exhausting. This is normal and temporary.

What happens if I don't have visions during the Ayahuasca Retreat?

It depends on how your body processes the drink and how well you adapt to it. In some ceremonies, our shaman asks if someone wants to take another dose of ayahuasca. It's up to each participant to decide if they want to take an extra dose of ayahuasca.

  • Second, follow the dietary instructions we provide in the recommendations section. This is very important because it will help you prepare your body to enjoy the experience, mitigating potential risks when interacting with ayahuasca.
  • Prepare for the purge. You may experience nausea, dizziness, and sweating. Although it may be uncomfortable, this is part of the experience; you will release tension and emotional blocks.
